Rehabilitative physical fitness training amalgamates principles and methods from both rehabilitation medicine and physical fitness training. It targets individuals in suboptimal health conditions or recovering from injuries. Tailored to their specific states, this training formulates optimal attribute combinations and training regimens conducive to specialized sports, enabling individuals to execute technically sound movements and facilitate recovery, injury prevention, and fitness improvement. It ensures a gradual transition towards optimal physical condition.

Given that rehabilitative training primarily addresses individuals in suboptimal health or recovery stages, its methods exhibit distinct characteristics:

Firstly, functional exercises are emphasized. As most sports involve multi-joint, three-dimensional movements, rehabilitative training movements are often designed in a three-dimensional space.
