This approach strengthens self-protection and first aid awareness during nationwide fitness participation, enabling a broader population to enjoy the pleasures of healthful and scientifically grounded exercise.

Promoting rehabilitative physical training in general fitness involves effective strategies. For example, utilizing media campaigns through the internet and television. With the accelerating pace of life, young people and children often seek information online or through smartphones. Disseminating rehabilitative physical training knowledge through fitness apps and online platforms is an effective approach. On the other hand, the older generation tends to watch television programs, making television media an optimal choice for them. Now, let's delve deeper into the practical application of rehabilitative physical training in general fitness. Firstly, its application for teenagers and children. Rehabilitative physical training is mainly focused on the recovery and strengthening of muscles post-injury and the correction of bones and joints. Adolescents experience rapid muscle strength growth during their developmental phase, and appropriate rehabilitative physical training can not only expedite muscle recovery but also ensure sufficient muscle training. This helps the muscles become stronger than they were before the injury, effectively preventing injury relapse. Secondly, its application for young adults. Young adults constitute a significant portion of the fitness community. Due to busy work schedules, inadequate preparation and stretching during workouts can result in injuries.
