In that ancient paradise, sages followed specific principles to integrate the cosmic life system within their own body-mind system. Through this integration of the cosmic, earthly, and human life systems, they realized that the human body and mind are merely connected to sustain the basic functions of life. The majority of human body functions lie dormant within, mostly in a sleep-like state, due to the fragmented nature of an average person's body and mind. In other words, the human body, emotions, and spirit are scattered in a disorganized state, each demanding to fulfill their individual needs. As life progresses, this separation between body and mind becomes more pronounced, preventing individuals from harnessing their body-mind energy as a unified whole. The yoga system believes that only by purifying and organizing this body-mind energy with high precision can one establish a platform to fully tap into their potential.

The term "Yoga" signifies the attainment of harmony and unity between the physical body and the mind while in a stable, tranquil, and comfortable state.

In the "Yoga Sutra," yoga is defined as the most stable and comfortable posture.

Yoga's practice of postures involves rhythmic stretching of the body around the spine, synchronized with the breath. The approach emphasizes the integration of mind, form, and breath (spirit, body, and breath). Through external physical training and internal cultivation of spirit and breath, the practice optimizes brain cell activity, leading to improved brain control over the body's various organs, especially in the regulation of the endocrine system. Yoga differs from aerobics in that aerobics tense the muscles and internal organs to an extreme level, while yoga slows down metabolism, allowing the life system to relax, leading to the maximum beautifying and body-shaping effects. The remarkable practice of yoga helps you focus your energy, maintain a sense of well-being and tranquility, boosts confidence in achieving self-worth, improves internal bodily functions, allowing for comprehensive energy and vitality restoration, strengthens muscles and bones, and promotes the breakdown of fats, accelerating weight loss.
