Relieve tension in the neck and shoulder area and promote blood circulation.

1. Lower your head, chin close to the collarbone.

● Sit with your hands resting on your knees, lower your head, and bring your chin close to the collarbone.

2. Tilt your head to the left as much as possible.

● Tilt your head to the left side, bringing your ear close to your shoulder. Be mindful not to raise your shoulder.

3. Tilt your head to the right as much as possible.
