Office Yoga: Side Stretch Pose

The Side Stretch Pose enhances body flexibility and promotes lymphatic detoxification.

1. Sit on a chair and bend your upper body to the left.

● Sit with an upright posture and bend your upper body to the left side, while stretching your right arm towards the upper left direction.

2. Left arm drives the upper body to bend to the right.

● Bend your upper body to the right side, while stretching your left arm towards the upper right direction.

3. Stand beside a chair with feet slightly apart.

● Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, grab the chair back with your left hand, and extend your right arm upwards.

4. Bend your body to the side and stretch your waist.

● Bend your upper body to the left, grab the chair back with your right hand, and hold for a moment. Then, switch sides and repeat the movement.
