Steps

1 Assume a sitting position with legs crossed, keeping the back straight, and hands naturally resting on the thighs with eyes gazing forward.

Repeat 3 times

2 Inhale deeply, extending the spine upwards as much as possible. Exhale, bend forward, bringing the chest and abdomen close to the thighs, with the forehead touching the ground, while keeping the buttocks close to the heels. Gently hold the heels of the feet with hands, extending the arms.

3 Take a deep breath, keeping the arms stationary, slowly lift the buttocks upwards, moving the head close to the ground, touching the crown of the head to the floor, so that the thighs are perpendicular to the ground. Move the hands from the heels of the feet to the calves or knees. Maintain the posture for 30 seconds, then slowly return to the initial position.
