Steps

Repeat 2 times

1 Kneel on the ground with both knees slightly apart, about the width of two fists, keeping the thighs perpendicular to the ground. Place a chair behind the feet.

2 Inhale, using the hips as the pivot point, slowly arch backward from the upper back, at the same time, extend the arms backward, placing the hands on the chair.

3 Push the hips forward, arch the back backward until the back is almost parallel to the ground, and touch the top of the head to the chair. Maintain the posture for 30 seconds. Exhale, use the strength of the waist and abdomen to return the head, arms, and upper body to an upright position one by one, then relax the whole body.
