Steps
1 Sit in the full lotus position, with both hands in lotus mudra resting on the knees, and gaze forward.
Repeat 2 times
2 Raise both arms and cross the fingers in front of the chest. Inhale, extend the arms upward, lifting them overhead with palms facing up, and stretch the arms backward and upward. Tilt the head back, looking at the back of the hands.
3 Exhale, lower the head, bringing the chin as close to the collarbone as possible, hold for 5 to 10 seconds, breathe evenly, and slowly return the head to the initial position.
