Steps

1 Sit in the diamond pose with the back straight, hands naturally resting on the thighs, and gaze forward.

Repeat 3 times, alternating between left and right legs

2 Extend and straighten the right leg backward, keeping the foot grounded, bring the left heel close to the perineum, place the left hand on the left knee, and the right hand on the right leg. Slightly turn the body to the right.

3 Open both hands to the sides and extend them sideways, gradually stretching the body backward, expanding the chest.

4 Adjust your breath, turn the body to the left, facing the left knee. Push the pelvis forward, tilt the head back, and look upward. Raise the arms and open them as far back as possible, like a lark spreading its wings. Maintain the pose for 30 seconds.

5 Gradually lower the arms, tilt the upper body forward, bringing the chest and abdomen close to the left shin. Cross the forearms in front of the left knee and relax the whole body. Repeat the pose on the other side.
