Steps

1 Sit with both legs extended and together, arms hanging by the sides, and eyes looking straight ahead.

Repeat 3 times

2 Adjust your breath. Inhale, straighten your back, stretch both arms upward, lift the spine upwards, and join the palms above the head.

3 Exhale, bend forward, lower your arms, and grab the toes of both feet with your hands, looking at the toes.

4 Inhale, bend both elbows outward. Exhale, bring the upper body close to the legs, straighten the neck, and try to touch the face, chest, and abdomen to the legs. Hold the toes from the outside of the feet. Maintain the pose for 30 seconds. Slowly lift the upper body, return to the initial position, and relax the whole body.
