Steps

Repeat 3 times

1 Lie down on your stomach, legs extended and together, bend your elbows, palms stacked and placed below your face, and rest your chin on the back of your hands.

2 Tighten your legs, slowly lift your right leg upward until you reach the highest position you can.

3 Bend your left leg, support the left thigh on the ground, and place the left foot on the outside of the right thigh. Hold the pose for 30 seconds.

4 Slowly lower both legs back to the ground, return to the starting position, relax the whole body, and repeat the exercise on the other side.


Warm Tips

While practicing this pose, keep the lower body tight, especially by squeezing the buttocks and tightening the waist, so that you can feel the pressure on the lower back.
