Step-by-Step Guide

Repeat 2 Times

1 Lie on your back with your legs extended and close together. Place your arms beside your body with palms facing down.

2 Inhale, gently press your hands on the ground, and tighten your abdomen to lift your legs slowly upward until they are perpendicular to the ground, keeping them straight and close together.

3 Exhale, continue lowering your legs towards your head, lifting your hips and back off the ground, until your toes touch the ground in front of your head. Keep your shoulders on the ground and lightly support your waist with your arms for balance. Hold the position for 30 seconds.

4 Gently lower your back, hips, and legs back to the ground, relax your body, rest for a moment, and then continue the practice.

Enhancement Tips

If your legs cannot reach the ground in front of your head, you can place two yoga bricks in front of your head and extend your legs backward until they touch the bricks.


Additional Tips

① When lowering your body to the ground, do it slowly and gently, feeling each part of your spine touching the ground one by one, avoiding sudden movements.

② It is best to avoid practicing this pose during menstruation.
