Step-by-Step Guide

1 Start in a squatting position with the buttocks slightly off the ground and the back straight. Place your hands on the ground in front of your feet and gaze straight ahead.

Repeat 2 Times

2 Inhale, bend your elbows, and place your palms on the ground. Bring both knees to the sides of your armpits while gradually lifting your buttocks off the ground, balancing on your toes.

3 Exhale, lean forward, and touch your forehead to the ground, lifting your buttocks even higher.

4 Slowly lift both feet off the ground, supporting your body with the strength of your head and arms. Hold the position for 2 to 3 breaths, then gently lower your legs back to the ground and relax your body.
