Steps

1. Sit on the floor and extend your legs to the sides as far as possible. Press the backs of your thighs against the floor, point your toes towards the ceiling, place your hands behind you, and lift your buttocks.

2. Lean slightly forward, place your hands on the floor, and slowly move your fingers forward. Pull your chest towards the floor. Inhale, keep your spine straight, lower your chin, and try to touch the ground with your chest. Lift your head, look straight ahead, apply pressure with your thighs, and extend your fingers.

3. Exhale, reach out and hook your big toes with your middle and index fingers, or hold onto your ankles. Press your chin against the floor, gaze forward, and hold the pose for 5 seconds. Slowly release the position, bring your legs together, and rest.
