Steps
Repeat 4 times
1. Sit upright with legs extended and together, and hands placed on both sides of the body.
2. Bend your right knee, with the sole of the right foot firmly against the left thigh. Gaze forward.
3. Keep your right leg still, bend your left leg backward, and bring the left heel close to your buttocks.
4. Take a deep breath, inhale, and place your right hand on the ground, pointing your left hand towards the sky.
5. Exhale, press firmly on your right hand, arch your body backward, lifting your hips off the ground. Stretch your left hand as far back to the left as possible. Then switch to the other side for practice.
