Steps
1. Lie flat on the floor.
Repeat 4 times
2. Inhale and extend both legs towards the ceiling, then exhale.
3. Inhale, lift your hips, place your hands on your waist, keep the body stable with the weight on your hands, and take deep breaths.
4. Coordinate with your breathing rhythm, pedal your feet in a bicycle motion. Keep practicing for more than 10 seconds and then slowly release your body.
