Many girls are unfairly labeled as overweight simply because they have some fat in certain areas. Facial yoga

The muscles on the face seem to be constantly in motion, but in reality, apart from the muscles around the eyes and mouth, most other parts are rarely used. Exaggerating facial expressions can refine the contours of the cheeks and chin.

Wrinkle-Reducing Exercises

1. Prepare with the Thunderbolt Sitting Position

● Kneel on the Yoga Mat, with buttocks resting on the heels, knees together, and hands placed on the thighs, looking straight ahead.

Graceful Neck Exercises

3. Close the eyes, open the mouth as wide as possible

● Close the eyes and focus on the tip of the nose. Open the mouth as wide as possible for 10 seconds, then close it for 10 seconds. Repeat the exercise for 5 to 10 minutes.
