Keep your waist and back straight during the practice, and feel the body lifting upward to better exercise the arms.

1. Kneel, Hands Clasped Behind the Back

● Sit cross-legged on the Yoga Mat, raise the right hand high and wrap it around the back, clasp it with the left hand from below behind the back. Hold for a moment, then switch arms and repeat the movement.

2. Forearms Wrapped, Fingers Intertwined

● Wrap both arms in front of the chest, fingers intertwined. Keep the elbows as far away from the chest as possible, and the forearms parallel to the body. Hold for a moment, then switch arms and repeat the movement.

3. Stretch Arms Sideways

● Stretch the right arm to the left, extending it as far as possible. Use the right arm to encircle the left arm, pulling it close to the body, keeping the shoulders flat and avoiding movement. Hold for a moment, then switch arms and repeat the movement.

● Sit cross-legged on the yoga mat with a straight back, hands pressed together in front of the chest, looking straight ahead.
