Morning Vitality yoga: Kneeling Eagle Pose

During the practice, maintain smooth breathing and avoid holding your breath. Depending on your flexibility, choose the degree of upper body bending. Regular practice enhances spinal flexibility, alleviates back muscle soreness, stretches hip joint muscles and ligaments, and lifts the buttocks.

1. Kneel with the spine upright and knees together

● Kneel on the Yoga Mat with knees together, keeping the body upright and the hip and knee joints aligned in a straight line. Let your hands hang naturally.

2. Forearms wrapped and hands clasped together

● Place your forearms in front of your chest, placing the right elbow on the left elbow joint, wrapping the forearms, and clasping the hands together. The hands should be positioned directly in front of the nose.

3. Lift both arms and tilt the head back

● Lift the elbow joints upward and tilt the head back along with the arms. Tighten the buttocks and hold for 30 seconds.

4. Swap hand positions and repeat the movement

● Sit on your heels, relax your arms, and switch hand positions, with the left hand on top and the right hand below. Repeat the above movements.
