Morning Vitality yoga: Snail Pose

This pose has a very effective relieving effect on stiff shoulders and back, can massage the back muscles, enhance spinal and hip joint flexibility, massage the abdominal organs, and regulate the body's microcirculation.

1. Kneel with thighs perpendicular to the ground

● Kneel on the Yoga Mat with knees together, keeping the body upright and the hip and knee joints aligned in a straight line. Let the arms hang naturally on both sides of the body.

2. Raise both arms to the sides of the body

● Inhale and raise both arms to the sides of the body, palms facing down.

3. Lean the upper body forward to parallel with the ground

● Exhale and start bending from the hip joints, leaning the upper body forward until it is parallel to the ground.

4. Rotate the upper body to the left, with the right shoulder on the ground

● Twist the upper body to the left, allowing the right shoulder to touch the ground. Keep the right arm close to the ground and stretch it to the left side. The left arm extends above the body and is perpendicular to the ground. Look at the left hand. Keep the hip joints as low as possible, fully twist the spine, and let the back of the head touch the ground. Maintain smooth breathing, stay in this position for 30 seconds, then switch sides and repeat the above movements.
