Enhances body balance, expends a considerable amount of energy, strengthens the arms, back, and thigh muscles, and burns excess fat.

1. Standing, Gaze Forward, Back Straight

● Stand on the Yoga Mat, gaze forward, keep the back straight, legs together and extended, with hands resting at the sides.

2. Left Foot Step Back, Raise Both Hands Upwards

● Take a step back with the left foot, shift the weight onto the right leg. Join both hands above the head in a prayer position, arms extended, and stretch the body upwards.

3. Forward Lean, Lift the Left Leg Backward

● The arms lead the upper body forward, keeping it parallel to the ground; the left leg extends backward. Gaze towards the ground, maintaining stability.

4. Arms Extended, Stretched on Both Sides

● Open the arms and extend them on both sides, at the same height as the shoulders.

5. Hands Clasped Behind, Lift Up

● Move both arms behind the body, interlock the fingers, and extend the arms straight. Lift the head, gaze forward.

6. Stand Straight, Embrace the Left Leg with Both Hands

● Return to the position of Step 2, stand upright, embrace the left leg, relax, and then switch legs to repeat the above movements.
