Enhance the strength of the lower limbs, sculpt the lines of the arms and thighs, render the waist and back supple yet powerful, and solidify the abdominal muscles, creating a graceful curve around the waist.

1. Stand tall, gaze ahead, and bring your legs together.

● Stand tall, gaze ahead, extend and close your legs, maintain a straight posture with a strong lower back, and place your hands at your sides.

2. Lift the left foot, raise the right hand.

● Shift your weight to the right foot, lift the left foot back, hold the left ankle from the inside with your left hand. Raise the right hand upward and stretch it forward, tightening your abdomen and buttocks while keeping your shoulders relaxed.

3. Left hand exerts force to lift the left leg.

● Use the left hand to lift the left foot upward, keeping the elbow straight, extending the spine upwards without tilting the body. Keep the right leg straight and lift the left leg as high as possible, holding for 30 seconds. Then switch sides.
