yoga: Shoulder Stand Pose

Strengthen the powerful back muscles, promote overall blood circulation, massage internal organs, alleviate constipation, regulate sleep, and improve the functionality of the nervous system.

1. Supine position, raise both legs straight up

● Lie down on the Yoga Mat, place your hands at your sides, palms flat on the ground, legs extended and together. Lift both legs up until they are perpendicular to the ground.

2. Move both feet toward the back of the head

● Lift the hips, support the back with both hands, rest on both elbows on the ground, and move both feet toward the direction of the head until the legs are parallel to the ground.

3. Shoulders on the ground, body upright

● Lift both legs upward, point the toes, and stand tall. Tighten the chin, gaze toward the abdomen. When returning to the original position, use the strength of the abdomen to control the descent of the hips, and slowly lower both legs.
