This sequence of movements can enhance skin beauty, refine the arms and waist, and improve overall body shape. Regular practice can lead to weight loss and slimming effects.

1. Kneel side by side with the outer leg extended.

● Partners A and B kneel side by side, extending their outer legs to the side with toes touching the ground, aligning their toes with the knees. Their hands rest naturally on each side of their bodies, and their gaze is forward.

2. Inner hands clasped and raised above the head.

● Partners A and B clasp their inner hands together and raise them upwards above their heads while inhaling.

3. Bend towards the same side while keeping the body upright.

● Partners A and B slowly bend towards the left side, keeping the pelvis from tilting forward or backward and ensuring that the side of the body remains on the same plane. Hold the position for a moment, then bend towards the right side.

1. Seated back-to-back in Half Lotus position.

2. Simultaneously twist the upper body.

● Both partners place their right hand on their own left knee and twist their upper body towards the left side, gazing towards the left rear. Meanwhile, they place their left hand on the right knee of their partner. Breathe deeply and gradually increase the twist's intensity.

3. Perform a significant twist towards the other side.

● Both partners place their left hand on their own right knee and twist their upper body towards the right side, looking towards their own right rear. Then, they place their right hand on their partner's left knee. Hold for 15 seconds.

3. Lift the outer leg and maintain balance.

● They hold the big toe with their fingers and stretch the leg to the side, keeping the spine straight. After holding for a moment, switch sides and repeat.
