Deep Breathing yoga: Spinal Twist Pose

Steps

1 Sit with both legs extended and together, arms hanging at the sides, and gaze forward.

Repeat 2 times, alternating between both sides

2 Extend the left leg, bend the right leg, and lift the right leg over the left leg, placing the right foot beside the left knee on a support. Keep the upper body still and gaze forward.

3 Inhale, raise the right arm, and wrap the right hand around the left knee. Move the left hand to the support on the left side of the hip, while twisting the head to the left, looking toward the left side. Maintain the pose for 30 seconds.

4 Release the arms and left leg, slowly return to the initial position. Repeat the pose on the other side.
