How to Regulate Nervousness and Shyness Through yoga

When facing exams, interviews, meeting new clients or supervisors, or giving presentations on stage, many people often feel nervous and anxious, and their usual performance may suffer as a result. How can you bring out your best side? Let yoga show you the way!

Frog Pose

When under pressure and feeling anxious, people often lose their composure, and their perfectly planned actions or performances may be compromised, leading to missed opportunities. Yoga helps you relax your shoulders and neck, fills your body with strength and confidence, and with every breath, you radiate self-assurance, ensuring excellent performance in any situation.

1. Standing, Forward Bend with Hands on Legs

● Stand on the Yoga Mat, gaze forward, legs straight, slightly bend forward at the upper body, and place your hands on your thighs.

2. Bend Both Knees, Squat, and Stand Up

● Bend both knees, squat down slowly, and stand up, fully extending your knees.

3. Open Both Arms, Squat with Knees Pointing Outward

● Stand on the yoga mat, gaze forward, separate your legs about shoulder-width apart, toes and knees pointing outward as much as possible. Inhale and squat down until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Extend both arms to the sides, bend your elbows, make fists with your hands facing upwards, and keep your upper arms parallel to the ground.

4. Raise Both Arms High and Stand Up Quickly

● Stand up quickly, extend both arms and legs, exhale the impure breath from your body, repeat the movement several times.

Regular practice of yoga, along with deep breathing and concentration, can help alleviate nervousness and shyness, allowing you to face challenges with composure and confidence. Embrace the power of yoga to find inner peace and strength in any situation.
