1. Seated Position, Legs Extended and Together

● Sit on the bed with legs extended and feet together, place hands on both sides of the body.

2. Bend Left Leg, Place the Heel under the Buttocks

● Bend the left leg, support the body with both hands, place the left foot under the body, and sit on the left foot with the heel between the two buttocks.

3. Bend and Tuck Right Leg

● Bend the right leg and tuck it close to the thigh. Repeat the movement with the other leg.
