1. Lie flat on the Yoga Mat

2. Embrace the right leg, chin touching the right knee

● Bend the right knee, embrace the right leg with both hands, lift the head, and try to touch the chin to the right knee, holding the position for a moment. Then slowly release the right leg, relax, and return to the position in step 1.

3. Embrace both legs, chin touching both knees

● Simultaneously bend both knees, embrace both legs with your hands. Lift the head, and try to touch the chin to both knees, holding the position for a moment. Slowly release both legs and relax the entire body.
