Partner Horse Pose · yoga

This set of movements requires two individuals with similar physiques to practice together, massaging each other's backs. The person on top can fully stretch their limbs, feeling comfortable and tranquil, while the person below can strengthen their limb muscles and exercise their hand and foot joints. During the practice, the person on top should perform the movements lightly and slowly, paying attention to both individuals' safety.

1. A prepares with Thunderbolt Pose

●A kneels on the Yoga Mat, sitting on the heels with hands placed flat on the knees, gaze forward.

2. Lean the Upper Body Forward, Hands on the Ground

●A leans the upper body forward, hands supporting on the ground. Arms and thighs are apart at shoulder width, both perpendicular to the ground.

3. A Forms a Chair Shape, B Sits on A's Back

●B gently sits on A's back, close to the center.

4. Both Backs Pressed Together, Fully Extended

●B slides the hips down, slowly tilts the upper body back, hands hanging down, legs extended. The backs of both A and B are pressed together, holding the position for a moment. Then, they switch positions and repeat the above movements.
