The one kneeling at the back can enhance pelvic flexibility and massage the arches of the feet, while the one at the front can expand the chest cavity and exercise the lower back muscles. The person providing support from behind should always be attentive to the comfort of the person in front, ready to halt if any discomfort arises.

1. A Prone, Chin on the Ground

● A lies flat on the Yoga Mat with the chin resting on the ground, hands placed on either side of the body, and feet slightly apart.

2. B Prepares in Thunderbolt Posture

● B kneels between A's legs, sitting on the heels with hands resting gently on the knees.

3. Both Partners Interlock Hands

● Partners A and B interlock hands with each other.

4. Exert Force to Lift B

● B exerts force to lift A, gradually raising A's upper body.

5. Raise to the Maximum Elevation

● B leans back, helping to lift A's upper body a little higher, pausing for a moment.
