This sequence of movements enhances the balance of both individuals and sculpts the muscles of the abdomen. If placing the foot at the root of the thigh is challenging, it can be gradually elevated, either on the knee or lower leg.

1. AB Stand Side by Side, Legs Together

● Partners A and B stand shoulder to shoulder on the Yoga Mat, heels together, and hands naturally resting on either side of their bodies, with their gaze forward.

2. Simultaneously Lift the Outer Foot

● Partners A and B each grasp their respective outer ankles with their corresponding hand and lift, ensuring the sole of the foot is firmly placed against the inner thigh of the other leg.

3. Inner Hands Clasp, Outer Palms Touch

● Partners A and B interlock their inner hands, fingers intertwined, raising them upward and extending them above. Their outer palms come together in front of their chests, gently pushing against each other to maintain balance. Partners A and B switch positions, repeating the above movements.
