The person in front relies on the strength of their arms and abdomen to support themselves, experiencing the relaxation and massage of the shoulders, neck, and back. Both partners can achieve the benefits of correcting hunchback posture and strengthening the respiratory system.

1. One Prone, One in Thunderbolt Posture

● A lies prone on the Yoga Mat, chin touching the ground, hands resting on either side of the body, and feet slightly apart. B kneels between A's legs, sitting on the heels with hands placed gently on the knees.

2. B Sits Between A's Legs

● A places both hands on the ground. B sits between A's legs, extending both feet and positioning them on either side of A's waist.

3. B Supports A's Shoulders, Lifts with Force
