Partner Resistance Pose · yoga

This sequence of movements targets the abdominal muscles, leg tendons, and balance abilities of both individuals. Partner yoga requires cooperation and rapport between two people, so practicing with patience is essential.

1. Both Seated, Feet Touching

● Partners A and B sit facing each other on the Yoga Mat, legs extended and touching, with the soles of their feet pressing against each other. Hands rest naturally on their respective knees.

2. Simultaneously Move Forward

● Partners A and B place both hands on the ground, bending their knees, and moving closer to each other, keeping their toes together.

3. Both Partners Interlock Hands

● Partners A and B interlock their hands with each other.

4. Thighs Pressed Against the Body

● Partners A and B lift their feet, pressing the soles against each other, extending their arms, keeping the thighs tightly against their bodies, and the lower legs parallel to the ground.

5. Interlocked Hands, Legs Raised and Extended

● Partners A and B raise their feet, gradually extending them upwards, pausing for a moment.
