This sequence of movements alleviates neck tension, promotes upper body blood circulation, provides ample oxygen to the brain, and even offers beauty-enhancing benefits. Individuals with hypertension or specific medical conditions should avoid practicing such head-down movements.

1. Both Stand Back to Back, Arms Raised

● Partners A and B stand back to back on the Yoga Mat, maintaining an appropriate distance between them. Legs extended, feet shoulder-width apart. Hands rest naturally on either side of their bodies, with their gaze forward. Both partners extend their arms, raising them above their heads.

2. Simultaneously Bend Forward to Horizontal Position

● Partners A and B gradually bend forward, keeping their backs straight, until their arms, upper bodies, and the ground are parallel.

3. Hands Touch the Ground, Maintain Balance

● Continue bending forward until both partners have their hands on the ground.

4. Interlock Hands Between the Legs

● Partners A and B pass their hands between their legs and interlock them.

5. Hold Each Other's Arms to Draw Closer

● Partners A and B hold each other's arms, pulling towards each other until they grasp each other's forearms. Pause for a moment.
