With hands clasped above their bodies, both partners can assist each other in stretching the muscles around the ribs and waist. Supporting each other's backs helps maintain an upright posture, preventing any arching or tilting. This sequence of movements can enhance lymphatic function, promote detoxification, and boost immunity.

1. Stand back to back, slightly apart.

● Partners A and B stand back to back on a Yoga Mat, legs slightly apart, approximately shoulder-width distance, with their hands naturally resting on each side of their bodies.

2. Raise arms to the sides.

● Partners A and B raise their arms to the sides, level with their shoulders.

3. Bend towards the same side and stretch the waist.

● Partners A and B extend their upper bodies towards the same side.

4. Clasp hands above the head and twist in the same direction.

● Partners A and B bend their upper bodies towards the same side, clasping their hands above their heads, with the lower hands resting on their respective feet. Gaze upwards.

5. Extend arms upwards towards the top of the head.

● Partners A and B extend the clasped arms upwards towards their heads until they touch their ears, holding the position for a moment.

6. Practice by switching hands and changing sides.

● Switch sides and repeat the above movements.
